Cardigan Lodge Motel specialises in providing hospitality and accommodation for Coach, Tour and School Groups.

Whether your group is large or small, schools, seniors, public tours, social clubs, sporting clubs, Probus clubs or special interest groups, Cardigan Lodge Motel will easily cater for all your needs, can help you plan your itinerary for your visit to Ballarat. We can also arrange your admission to special events such as the Stitches and Craft show in Melbourne, and other Exhibitions and can provide facilities to run workshops and conferences.

Group Prices generally include Dinner Bed & Breakfast (& lunch for School Groups) although any combination can be arranged. Please phone, fax or email for a copy of our very competitive rates.

Accommodation is based on twin share or multishare (for schools and sporting clubs) however single accommodation is also available (single supplement applies)

Coach captains are free of charge

MEALS

We offer a two and three course dinner menu for adult groups, with a choice of three selections in each course (no 50/50) and a choice of continental or cooked breakfasts or both(full breakfast).

School Groups have a two course dinner, continental breakfast and picnic lunch are included.

Our Restaurant is available for use by groups, at non meal times by arrangment, for entertainment, trivia nights, musical evenings, film nights etc and includes the use of the “big screen” facility, for TV, DVD, Video, and Karioke and the piano and organ.

The Games Room, swimming pool and a large outdoor games field also provide alternative entertainment areas for your group.

Many school groups enjoy using the secure, more spacious rural environment provided by Cardigan Lodge Motel – away from the “temptations” and limitations of being in the centre of town.
